As a future landmark of the Shenzhen Hong Kong Qianhai Cooperation Zone, vivo headquarters has outlined the urban skyline by the Lingdingyang River with a total investment of 2.8 billion yuan and a building height of 150 meters. This 133000 square meter smart park integrating office, research and development, and commercial office is designed by the international top firm NBBJ, with the core concept of “vertical forest”, breaking the closed pattern of traditional headquarters and deeply integrating natural ecology with modern office. The 32 story main building is paired with 5 underground spaces, and through the progression of atrium gardens, three-dimensional ceilings, and aerial flower belts, an ecological tower growing from the surface to the sky is constructed. 6000 core innovative talents will embark on an exploration journey in fields such as AI and imaging. The project selects Yaopi high-performance neutral gray double silver Low-E fully ultra white laminated insulated glass, which is paired with a large area of unit style and full glass curtain wall to create a subtle and elegant “light and shadow coat” on the building. The unique modern color tone of neutral gray is like the clouds in the sky, gentle and steady, and transparent. It perfectly integrates the simple lines of the building with the light and shadow rhythm of the glass, ensuring the visibility of the resident employees and rendering a rich aesthetic feast in the flow of sunlight. As the dual core of architecture and aesthetics, the dazzling double silver Low-E glass, with its excellent thermal performance, effectively blocks heat and infrared radiation, achieves intelligent adjustment of indoor temperature, and practices the concept of green environmental protection; The high transmittance of all ultra white glass and the safety characteristics of the laminated hollow structure allow the building to be both transparent and lightweight, while also providing support protection. When the sunlight falls, the glass curtain wall creates a devastating light and shadow, making this’ skyscraper forest ‘both a serene and elegant artwork, and a pillar of low-carbon and energy-saving architecture, injecting landmark power of coexistence with technology into the Qianhai Cooperation Zone.
