ZCCY Glass Co., Ltd. is located in Hujiacun Industrial Park, Fengdong New City, Xixian New District, Shaanxi Province. The company was registered and established in 2012, with a factory (standard factory) covering more than 12,000 square meters, occupying over 30 acres, and a total investment of more than 30 million yuan. After several years of effort, the company’s output value has doubled year by year, and it has become one of the few glass deep processing enterprises in Xi’an.
The company has successively introduced leading automatic cutting machines, dual-try forced convection tempering furnaces, as well as leading four-side grinding, double-side grinding production lines, and two complete automatic production lines for insulating glass. It has realized a fully automated production line from glass cutting, edging, tempering, hollowing, argon filling, to adhesive sub-frame, providing a strong guarantee for finished products and quality. The company has established a unique quality inspection center and CAD design research and development center in the industry, and cultivates talent in operation certification.
